Day 1: Upon arrival in San José airport, our English speaking tour guide from Amadeus will welcome you. It will take you about 1.5 hours to get away from the hustle and bustle of the capital, San José, and reach your accommodation in the lush green of the cloud forest in the central mountain range not far from the slopes of Poas Volcano. El Silencio Lodge offers a world-class spa and a fine restaurant. Due to the remoteness of the lodge, arrivals should take place before 18:00.

Day 2: This morning you will be awakened by the sounds of the surrounding nature. Bajos del Toro is home to over 350 species of birds! There is an exclusive "Melodia" hike with your guide on the program. This begins in the "Senses Garden", a large, natural garden. From there follow the "Mystical Trail" through the cloud forest and then reach our end point, the impressive "Melodia Waterfall", its name derives from the harmonious singing birds there. In the afternoon, a 90-minute deluxe stone massage, the "Poas Healing Stone Massage", will surprise you.

Day 3: Costa Rica is part of the volcanic mountain range along the Pacific coast that stretches across Central America. The journey will take you further to the northern lowlands of Costa Rica. Next to the road you can see sprawling pineapple plantations. In the afternoon, approach another volcanic attraction in Costa Rica, the active Arenal Volcano. Explore the suspension bridges of La Fortuna: The area has 250 hectares of protected land with primary rainforest and an endless biodiversity. A total of 14 bridges of different lengths (8 to 98 meters) and up to 60 meters high enchant. You can hike a distance of 3.1 kilometers and marvel at the characteristic flora and fauna. Back at the hotel you have the opportunity to relax at the hotel pool.

From there you will be brought by boat to Manatus Lodge. Tortuguero is one of Costa Rica's most famous National parks and protects an extensive rainforest area criss-crossed by hundreds of small lifelines - the famous Tortuguero canals.
